This week’s Top 5 Wednesday is somewhat sad because I have to write about things that I once loved. Due to varying degrees of circumstance, I have no further interest in these fandoms at the present time.
As always the Goodreads group for Top 5 Wednesday can be found here. It is hosted by Samantha @ThoughtsonTomes and was created by Lainey @gingerreadslainey.
1. Divergent by Veronica Roth
I read the first book in this trilogy and absolutely loved it. I was caught up in it’s popularity and sucked into the story…and then I was spoiled for the end of Allegiant. I was so angry about the controversial ending that it completely ruined my love for the series. I do not plan to continue on and given the controversy surrounding Veronica Roth’s newest release Carve the Mark, I doubt I will be picking that up either.
2. The Walking Dead
I ADORED this show for the first four seasons. After that, I felt the plot went downhill and all of my favorite characters were either dead or were going to be killed (I was spoiled for several major character deaths, thanks to one of my rude Facebook friends). I just couldn’t take the emotional trauma. I may continue this show someday, but it seems unlikely at this point.
3. Once Upon a Time
Honestly, I just completely lost interest in this show. It’s not that it wasn’t good; I loved the first two seasons. I just got caught up in life and fell behind. As time passes I realized that I have no desire to get back into this fairytale show.
4. The Vampire Diaries
After the whole Catherine thing…just no. I was too pissed to go on. The Originals is WAY better anyway.
5. The 100
This show just smacks you in the face with tragic feels all the time and my little heart couldn’t take it. I will most likely get back into this one, but there will be many tears when that happens.
I hope you guys enjoyed this list! If you did leave me a like and a comment and tell me some of your left behind fandoms. I will talk to you guys in the next one!
Love this list. That is so weird that you feel off The Walking Dead at season 4 because that is exactly when I did as well. I lasted most of the season but started losing interest and then just kept putting the show off. Doubt I will ever catch up now.

Thank you so much! I’m so glad that someone feels the same way I do about The Walking Dead. Everytime I mention it to anyone else they look at me like I’m insane.

Oh but I still love the 100! And TVD too, though I have to admit it’s sort of been on hold for a while now -but I do plan on finishing the series. My brother told me about Once Upon a Time. He was obsessed with it, and then suddenly he wasn’t anymore. Guess sometimes we have to close some doors to open new and more exciting ones!

Yeah I will get back into The 100 eventually I think just because it’s really good. I’ve been super into The Flash and Arrow recently so those have been my main tv focus.

The 100 had a really strong 4B season in my opinion. I must say the whole “ALIE” thing was a bit off, but when she was gone the show got a lot better. (Many season 1 vibes) I watch One Upon A Time too and I agree, it’s not as good as it used to be and I fell behind too. I did catch up again for no reason actually but the last two seasons haven’t been great. I’m looking forward to season 7 though, because now our main focus will lay on grown-up Henry so that’ll probably be worth watching..

I may get back into it someday because that does sound interesting. I’ve been too obsessed with The Flash and Arrow recently to think about anything else.

I feel the same way about OUAT, I completely lost interest in the show after probably half way through season 3.

I was just bored and I didn’t care about the characters anymore. Maybe someday, but not likely.

I’m not sure how I feel about The Walking Dead anymore. Daryl is my fave but he’s in a weird inbetween place right now, I just want so much more for him.. The last two seasons have had a lot of ups and downs when it comes to the writing. If the next season isn’t great, I’ll probably give up…

Yeah I think I’m probably done with that one. I’ve got other things I would much rather watch.
